Book a demo to discuss your design needs & how many hours you’ll require each month.
STEP 02
Next, you’ll need to pay the invoice so we can set up the workflow tool and start within 24 hours.
STEP 03
Once the first project is approved, we’ll start the next and repeat until your time is used up.
STEP 04
At the month’s end, your hours reset, the next invoice is paid, and we’ll keep on designing.
What is the price of a monthly graphic design subscription?
Each month you will subscribe to a certain number of hours. We’ve bundled all of our design services into a single monthly cost that becomes cheaper the more of those hours that you purchase. See below 👇 .

Is there a limit on how many revisions

Any revisions will be made using the remaining time left instead of offering a maximum number of revisions. To ensure we’re doing the work exactly how you want it.

We can do our best to accommodate this for you absolutely. Especially if they do a great job for you/your team. However, they might not have the skillset for all of your projects so we can’t guarantee them for all of your projects.
What happens if I have left over hours when the month ends?
This depends on the amount of hours that are left. Usually we will try to push you to giving enough projects to fill the time. If you use over half of your hours, you will lose the rest of the hours. However, we will lower your hours fo rthe next month. If you are under 50 hours, we’ll convert your time bank so it’s no longer a subscription and you can use your time up at a later date.
Can I ask how long a project is going to take the designer?
Absolutely! This can be a key component in developing a healthy design system. We’ll happily provide the times so you can use those estimates to plan your content calendar effectively. Feel free to ask this once a project is completed too if you need a specific time that you can use to bill your clients.
What is the maximum amount of projects I can brief in at once?
There is no maximum amount of projects that you can brief at one point. Especially if you want to add 30 projects in one sitting whilst you’re planning your content. However, it’s likely we’ll only be able to work on 2/3 of these projects at the same time. Just because there are more briefs doesn’t mean you’ll get extra projects worked on.

This depends on the amount of hours you purchase with us. Usually we cap work for clients at around 8 hours per day maximum. However, the daily average is around 4 hours.
