Pay a single monthly invoice to secure daily or weekly, consistent design support. You can pause any time you need to depending on the level of work you need to accomplish.

Let’s get designing. Now your design team is ready, place your initial briefs on the workflow tool and we’ll start on the project.
After the initial proofing, we can amend the design or we can move onto the next project. Remember to use all of your time up.
You have a month available to brief new projects. So add a new brief and let’s build up some design momentum.

What types of design services are included?
Because we have a team with wide range of skillsets we are able to offer Social Media Posts, Paid Ads, Logos and Brand Identity Design, Website Design, Image Editing, Artworking and Animation such as Explainers or Podcasts.
What are the costs involved should my team sign up?
Your monthly cost will always be the cost that your team will pay. All projects will be covered under a single monthly subscription invoice. Should you scale/up or down your package then we will reach out about those costs separately.
Do I get a dedicated designer from your team?
This depends on your subscription level. However, you should you choose Standard you will not have a dedicated designer but instead a pool of 3 designers that will be assigned projects based on their workload. These 3 designers will ensure consistency.
What is the turnaround time for design projects?
We can deliver simpler projects like Social Media Posts and Paid Ads in under 48 hours. However, larger projects such as eBooks, Logos, Websites and Documents can take upwards of 7 days and even more and shouldn’t be rushed to ensure high-quality.
How do revisions work if I subscribe?
You can provide feedback on the designs we create through your workflow tool like Monday.com or Trello as a comment and we’ll get to work on the amend. Simply reach out to us and we’ll get to work. No extra payments or invoices required.
Standard and Premium, what are the differences?
With Standard you get static assets and a turnaround time of 48 hours and 1 project being worked on at a time. Premium brings in more services, a quicker turnaround time, 3 active projects can also be worked on at the same time.
How do graphic design subscription services compare to hiring an in-house designer?
For small to medium-sized businesses, subscription services can be more budget-friendly and provide the flexibility to avoid the commitments and costs of full-time hires such as wages, ongoing training, holiday/sickness leave. Whenever a designer is out of office for us, we’ll simply assign you another designer that will work for your account to ensure consistency.

You’ll be assigned a personal designer for your account. They will be in touch at least every 48 hours and be the sole designer on your account. This way we can ensure that all designs are consistent.
All you need to do is drop up as email, message us on Slack, add a brief onto your workflow tools and let your designer know and we’ll get started for you.
You can indeed! We require a 14-day notice before your next invoice date though. We’ll continue working right up to that day to ensure we’re doing as much as possible for you.
If you want to pay annually, instead of monthly, we offer a 15% discount on this. Just let your designer know that this is what you’d like to do and we’ll get that invoice sorted out for you.
Absolutely! If you want to use us as a ‘White Label’ service then feel free! We have a standard NDA template that we can use, or feel free to send over one that you have.
Our Subscription Time Banks offer up to 40 hours. Which means it’s up to you to fil that amount of time each month. If we don’t come close to it one of our Account Management team will be in touch to discuss your needs and adjust your monthly amount for the next month though.
Ad-Hoc Time Banks have a 3-month lifespan so once those 3-months are up the time will be lost.
As many as you need! We hope that you wont need that many to perfect your projects. But there is no cap, as long as there’s time left in your monthly subscription, we can amend.
Indeed! If projects are being ticked off quickly and you’ve still got time left in the month, then feel free to add more projects for us to work on. We’ll do as much as we can for you.
We hope this doesn’t happen! But you can just go back to your designer and discuss what works/what doesn’t and try again. We can also try another designer on your account if needed.
Our designers all use the Adobe Creative Suite when crafting your work. However, we do all use tools such as Figma for Digital projects. It depends on the job’s requirements.
Absolutely. We’ll need a set list of priorities across your team though as we can only work on a single project at a time. So as long as it’s coordinated effectively on your side, anyone is able to brief in a project for their team.
We don’t offer a money-back guarantee unfortunately. If you are dissatisfied with our work, then we’ll do whatever we can to make up for any time lost/ unused design work.
Our working hours are 9-5 GMT. So all of design requests will be handled during those hours for you. If you need any support outside of these hours, we can assist but extra charges apply.
